ABOUT MY TRAINING DAYS.

If your just a beginner starting out or a club Level racer I can help from the very basics to helping you find that next step in your racing, Attacking sections reading the track and building your confidence through using the right techniques / body positioning. I also have a very good understanding and what it takes to reach the top level in motocross today through the right Technique and mindset / attitude. I enjoy seeing the riders progress throughout the day and seeing how the right body position and technique allows them to ride easyer, safer and then in turn faster. The groups are between 6-10 riders sometimes smaller. I make sure I can assess each rider individually to help there specific needs and very aware that each rider has different areas they would like to improve on the during day and work with them on those well as the group as a whole.

My Story.

I’ve been racing motocross since 6 years old progressing through the schoolboy classes just like the kids racing today then on into professional British and World motocross racing my first wolrd Championship race at 15 years old.  My first year racing the world Championship I finished 8th overall with 3 overal podiums in that season. The following year I was 2nd overal with multiple GP wins.  Again the year after I finished 2nd taking the championship down to the final round at just 18years old. I then went to race in the USA where I finished 3 times on the overal podium my first season there at 19 years old.  I raced AMA supercross the following year finishing 7th at round one then picking up and injury and returning to Outdoors to finish 2nd in the first race of the year before again Injuring the same shoulder I hurt in supercross .  I then came back to Europe where I fought for the world title against Jeffrey Herlings in 2012 winning 7 of the 15 GPs that season.  I’ve raced for Team GB at the Motocross Of Nations 11 times throughout my career winning my class in the most prestigious event in motocross.  I’ve now stepped back from World Championship racing and with more time on my hands can offer coaching days.
